The process is simple.
We’ll meet, either on zoom or in person and we’ll talk.
Sometimes we’ll walk and talk.

But mostly, you’ll talk. I’ll simply ask you questions and when relevant,
introduce you to practices and a framework that will help you end the war with your body,
reflect on your life and gain perspective.

By the end of our time together, you will have new tools and experiences
to trust your body and navigate through seasons of struggle
with renewed faith, confidence and endurance.

The process works.

It’s not because I’m some guru on a mountain
who has it all figured out.
